At Queen of the South by Smiley Honey, we take pride in offering premium heritage honey that reflects the quality and tradition of Southern beekeeping. If your experience does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.

Our Commitment

Every jar is carefully inspected before it leaves our facility. Because honey is a natural food product, slight variations in color, flavor, aroma, and texture are normal and reflect the unique characteristics of each harvest.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are generally unable to accept returns on opened or used honey products.

We accept returns only if:

• Your order arrives damaged during shipping.
• You received the wrong product.
• Your order arrives with a manufacturing defect.
• The product is unopened and approved for return by our customer service team.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once your request has been reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Once your refund has been processed, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged shipment.

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong item or a product that arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it, subject to product availability.

If the original item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or issue a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

• Opened honey products
• Used products
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery

Natural Honey Characteristics

Queen of the South offers authentic, minimally processed honey. Natural changes may occur over time, including:

• Crystallization
• Slight differences in color
• Seasonal variations in flavor
• Natural texture changes

These characteristics are expected and do not indicate that the product is defective.
